2. I think terms managership and leadership close in their meaning because they assume the guidance over of a group people.
3. The leaders should act in interests of the group and to consider opinion of each participant of the group.
4. Yes, I agree, because leaders have to become only thanks to personal qualities or merits for society.
5. We select leaders by the possessing such qualities as responsibility, initiative and complaisance.
